Tender Description
The Council is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) 2021-34 for the provision of Diamond Valley Library Upgrade Works located at Civic Dr, Greensborough VIC 3088.
Works involve building works for the Diamond Valley Library Upgrade, including the upgrade of the existing amenities, internal refitting, lighting, supply and installation of furniture and fittings.
The Council is seeking to appoint a single provider to deliver the works.
It is intended that the new contract arrangement will commence on or around February 1, 2021 with an intended practical completion date of 30 July 2021
