Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠This project at Duntroon involves extensive upgrades to the HVAC system, upgrades to the BMS control system, electrical and AV works, fire protection system upgrades, internal building refurbishment works and roof safety system upgrades.

The internal refurbishment work includes new flooring in certain areas and removal of asbestos underneath, conversion of a toilet as well as lighting and ceiling tile replacement in areas where HVAC works are occurring.
