Tender Description
Development Victoria intends to engage a suitable contractor for the delivery of park landscape construction works located in Taylors Lakes.
A Selective Tender will be conducted with bidders invited from the VicRoads Prequalification Scheme.
Tender documentation including a Request for Proposal will be made available to invited bidders in early December 2020.
The successful bidder appointed under an amended AS2124 contract.
The procurement will be subject to the Ministerial Directions for Public Construction Procurement, Local Industry Participation and Social Procurement Framework requirements.
