Tender Description
Renewal SA is proposing to undertake lift modernisation works in the Hanson Building of the Lot Fourteen site. The purpose of this procurement is to appoint a qualified contractor to undertake the full replacement of the lift system which is now reaching the end of its useful life. These replacement works will incorporate the latest standards and will meet all current code regulations. The expectation is that the useful life of the lift system will reset, providing 15-20 years of service.
