Following an engineer inspection of the Aldinga Institute Hall, COO has received information regarding the ceiling panels separating from the rafters in the building, which poses a high risk to hall patrons. This project is to replace the defective areas of the ceiling noted on the plans, with the heritage-listed notes taken into consideration.
