Tender Description
In order to cater for future discharge rates while reducing the flow along the Western Union Drain, Byron Shire Council (BSC) has identified an opportunity for splitting the discharge offsite, utilising an existing drainage area through the Byron Industrial Estate as an Additional Dry Weather Flow Path (AFP). From here flow shall gravitate through the drainage channel until it meets the Belongil Union Drain and ultimately through to Belongil Creek.
This contract includes the supply of all labour, plant and materials necessary for the complete and proper design and construction and connection of:
• Pre-construction - General
• Construction – Electrical and Communication Works
• Construction - Civil Works
• Construction - Landscaping (topsoil and mulching only; Planting by others)
• Design and Construction – Distribution Pit
• Design and Construction – Pedestrian Bridge
• Design and Construction road crossing pipe encasement
