Tender Description
The procurement is for works associated with 2.8hectares of vital floodway, 1.5hectares of active open space and streetscape associated with over 1km of major road upgrade.
The procurement will be a construct only AS2124 contract and run in accordance with Government requirements. This will include the release of a Request for Proposal Tender Package including drawings and schedules prepared by the project Superintendent, Outlines Landscape Architects. The intention is to release the tender by the end of November with the closing date prior to Christmas 2020 with the successful bidder notified in early 2021 and works to commence mid-2021.
The procurement will be subject to Government policies including Local Just First and the Social Procurement model of all Bidder's will be assessed accordingly.
Bidders will need to be part of the VicRoads Maintenance Register and will be notified and issued the RFP directly.
