Request for Application - Occupational Rehabilitation Provider Panel

⁠⁠⁠Section 230(4) of the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013 entitles injured workers to receive Occupational Rehabilitation services from Occupational Rehabilitation providers who have been approved by WorkSafe.

WorkSafe is seeking applications from Occupational Rehabilitation Providers to be considered to provide Occupational Rehabilitation services for the Occupational Rehabilitation Provider Panel.

The intent of the Application process is to ensure the Occupational Rehabiliation provider panel has the highest calibre of Occupational Rehabilitation providers deivering services for injured Victorians.

A briefing session will be held on 12 November 2020 10:00 AM.
Notes: Attendance is non-mandatory: unfortunately to enable applicants to register to attend we have to state 'mandatory' within the system. A maximum of 2 persons per organisation may attend. Please ensure you have registered by Wednesday 11 November 2020, 2pm AEDT. Upon registrations closing a link to a virtual meeting will be provided to everyone who has registered.
