Tender Description
Bayside City Council is seeking a Head Consultant to further develop a design concept and feasibility assessment for a multi-deck car park at 2 Thomas Street, Hampton, Victoria 3188 so that Council can understand the total required investment in the project.
It is expected that the concept will be progressed through this work so as to provide an indicative design, as well as consideration of relevant matters that will inform the design and construction process (which will be subject to a separate tender process).
