AccessCare is auspiced by the City of Kingston and provides support to older frail aged people and people with a disability living at home in the community. AccessCare delivers services to people across the Local Government areas of Kingston, Bayside, Glen Eira, Port Phillip and Stonnington.
AccessCare provides services under the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), Home Care Packages (HCP) and Home and Community Care Program for Younger People (HACC PYP).
AccessCare is looking to appoint a panel of organisations to provide all or some of the following services across the five local government areas:
- Domestic care services
- Personal care services
- Respite care services
