Tender Description
Banyule Council is a signatory to the Age-friendly Victoria Declaration and a member of the World Health Organisation Network of Age-friendly Cities. Banyule provides a range of activities and services to assist older people to live independently and be active members of the community. We also partner with a number of community agencies to encourage participation and provide opportunities for older people to be active and social within the community. The Banyule Older Adults Strategic Plan 2017-2021 is the roadmap for supporting the health and wellbeing of all residents, in particular older adults.
Consistent with this vision, Council is undertaking this Expression of Interest with a view of providing a recommendation to the Department of Health for a provider within the region that may be suitable to provide and maintain high quality home support services.
