The Ararat Rural City Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified commercial builders with the expertise and resources to provide project management services, for undertaking project management of the Willaura Recreation Reserve Female Friendly Facility.
The project manager will act as the superintendent’s representative for the construction phase of the works at the Willaura Recreation Reserve which includes overseeing and insurance of the commercial building site, plus builders warranty for the nominated period, be the nominated building contractor for building permit requirements, coordination of a multidisciplinary team including Council employees and contractors for all the construction works.
