Tender Description
The Principal is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors, to complete the design documentation and construction of new and replacement playgrounds within the City of Swan.
The Contract will be awarded in Separable Parts:
Separable Part A - Playgrounds in Baskerville, Guildford, Middle Swan, Midland, Koongamia and Swan View.
Separable Part B - Playgrounds in Ballajura, Beechboro, Caversham, Ellenbrook and Kiara.
Tenderers may place a submission for Separable Part A and/or Separable Part B. The Principal reserves the right to accept Separable Part A and/or Separable Part B. The Principal will not consider offers which are conditional to the acceptance of any Separable Parts.
