Expressions of Interest to tender are sought from commercial builders with an appropriate VBA registered Building Practitioner number.
Expressions of Interest will conclude 5:00pm on Thursday 22 October 2020. A short list of builders will be selected and tender documentation will be issued Tuesday 10 November with tenders closing 4:00pm on Wednesday 9 December 2020.

Works are proposed at Longerenong College:
· Refurbishment of the 35-year-old Agribusiness Centre which includes classrooms, offices, auditorium, meeting rooms, kitchen and bathroom facilities (approx. 1500m);
· Construction of a new multifunctional standalone classroom (approximately 350m).

Works will be tendered and contracted as one.
