Tender Description
Council invite companies to download tender documentation and submit a tender for the abovementioned contract.

Late tenders will not be accepted.
The City of Kingston continues to invest in the renewal and delivery of high quality sport & recreation facilities to meet the needs of the community.
Typical projects include:
· Sport ground lighting
· Replacement and upgrade of playing surfaces including natural turf & synthetic surfaces
· Protective & sporting barriers
· Playing courts, both indoor & outdoor
· Facility upgrades and development of new facilities e.g. Carparks, Spectator Facilities, scoreboards etc.
To manage and facilitate planning of the current and future demand of these projects Council requires assistance in:
1. Recreation & Sports Planning;
2. Technical & Feasibility Services and;
3. Design Services.
Council intends to form a panel of a minimum 3 selected suppliers for each of the above-mentioned services, which may be called upon to provide quotations or proposals on an as required basis as Council considers appropriate. The successful tenderers' proposal will then form a contract in accordance with Services General Conditions.
