Tender Description
The provision of a quality assured contract for extension and renewal of three (3) tennis courts and related infrastructure at Eildon Park Reserve and three (3) tennis courts and related infrastructure at Miller Park Reserve.
This includes the following scope of works:
- Extension of existing tennis court pavement and resurfacing of synthetic grass surface;
- Installation of new tennis court enclosure fencing and gates;
- Replacement of perimeter Kerb and Channel;
- Construction of concrete footpath and paving edging;
- Construction and extension of retaining walls and associated agricultural drainage;
- Drainage and associated works;
- Design and installation of tennis court lighting system; and
- Replacement of seating and rubbish bins.
Tenderers should provide detailed information in their tender submission on their intended methodology and the staging of works.
Tenderers should be aware that the Tender is split into two parts, Part A for Eildon Park Reserve and Part B for Miller Park Reserve. Council’s preference is to award both parts to a single Contractor, but reserves the right to award different Parts to different Contractors.
It is Councils preference for Part A - Eildon Park Reserve to be started and completed prior to commencing on-site for Part B - Miller Park Reserve.
The Staging of the works shall be presented for approval by the Superintendent’s representative and, once approved, shall not vary from that outlined unless approved by the Superintendent’s representative.
