Tender Description
The scope of the project includes the following actions and outcomes:
• Set up of appropriate sediment and traffic control and removal upon completion of work.
• Provide placement and compaction of road base to 150mm depth, based on a design of California Bearing Ratio of 3
• Supply and spread additional road base where required
• Remove any vegetation required to complete the necessary works
• Repair all pavement failures
• Match surface levels to ensure a smooth transition between repair and existing road surface
• Re-shape roadside drainage, associated drainage features and clear road shoulder up to 1m where possible
• Provide drainage to property access points where required
• Re-seal section lengths as specified
• Remove excess aggregate and loose material from the site using suction broom or similar
• Line marking
• All works are to be completed to; Lithgow City Council Guidelines for Civil Engineering Design and Construction for Development
