Tender Description
Whanganui District Council (WDC) are inviting Registrations of Interest (ROI) from suitably experienced contractors for the service of delivering the Ma Ake/ Let's Go Cyclist Skills Programme in schools and workplaces within the Whanganui District, for the 2021/22 -2023/24 funding period.
The scope of work will include but is not restricted to;
- Coordinate, plan and deliver Ma Ake/ Let's Go Cyclist Skills Programme in accordance with the National Cycling Education System, BikeReady.
- Collaborate with key partners and promote Ma Ake/ Let's Go Cyclist Skills Programme in the community as a Whanganui District Council-led initiative.
- Comply with all Whanganui District Council and BikeReady Health and Safety Requirements.
- Transportation as required - Tow vehicle to be provided by the supplier.
- Maintenance of Let's Go bicycle fleet.
- Monthly Reporting.
- Quarterly Reporting.
