Tender Description
Council, is seeking to enter an initial One (1) year Contract with provision for Two (2) One (1) year extensions, exercisable at Council's discretion, for the above contract.
This quotation seeks to attract Electricians or Organisations that have the experience, expertise and capacity to service on a monthly basis two Generators owned by Council and located at the Malvern Town Hall and the George Gahan Centre respectively. The successful electrician or organisation will also be required to provide an out of hours alarm response service with availability at any time.
LATE QUOTATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. QUOTATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY FACSIMILE, MAIL OR ANY WAY, OTHER THAN VIA OUR ETENDERING PLATFORM.
NOTE: The online forum closes five business days prior to the abovementioned tender closing date. Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any Quotation, or part thereof. Quotations received after the closing time will not be considered.
