Tender Description
This Request for Proposals for Plantation Services includes 20 separate work parcels across FCNSW Plantation management areas including Bathurst, Bombala, Grafton, Tumut (including Moss Vale and Tallaganda) and Walcha. There are 5 separate services being offered including Planting, Silviculture, Fire Services, Fire Tower operation and Ground Based Spraying. Proponents are encouraged to submit proposals that span services within a management area and across management areas. As some of the services are seasonal in nature (ie: Fire, Fire Towers and Planting), the inclusion of other services in a proposal may assist proponents with retaining key staff and experience across seasons. The option to submit proposals covering multiple geographical areas may provide extended work across regions due to differing seasonal timelines, for example on Fire and Planting services.
Subject to the location and service type, parcels may be awarded for earliest commencement on 1st April 2021. Term is 3 years (with extension option of +2 years).
