The Clare & Gilbert Valleys Council is seeking expressions of interest from members of the public for the role of independent member of Council’s Audit Committee for a term expiring on 30 June 2021.
The role and functions of the Audit Committee are prescribed by the Local Government Act, 1999.
Interested persons will have risk management and financial experience relevant to the functions of an audit committee. Experience in local government matters would be an advantage.
