Tender Description
The City of Melville ("City") has sought a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake aquatic plant servicing, maintenance and replacement at LeisureFit Booragoon (521 Marmion Street, Booragoon).
This Contract is valid for an initial term of one year with four additional 12 month option periods which will be exercised at the sole discretion of the City. The City will appoint one Contractor for the provision of the Services under the Contract.
The City cannot guarantee the amount of work which will be required as part of aquatic plant replacement. As a guide, it is expected that aquatic plant replacement cost could reach up to $100,000 or more in a single year.
