High level scope information
This project forms part of the Victorian Great Outdoors (VGO) program. The Victoria’s Great Outdoors (VGO) Program is a $105.6 million investment being made by the Victorian Government to improve forests, parks, campgrounds and facilities to enable more Victorians to enjoy the great outdoors. It will give more Victorian families the chance to enjoy the health benefits of spending time in nature. The scope for this forward notice relates to the upgrade of parks through improved campgrounds, trails and 4WD tracks.
Tender requirements
Provide project management and superintendent services for various works packages associated with the Victorian Great Outdoors Program. This will likely include managing numerous projects within nominated geographical areas across the state of Victoria (ie. western, northern and eastern Victoria) from start to end. The works will include but is not limited to project establishment (including budget and scope confirmation – i.e project management plans), project governance, reporting, stakeholder and risk management, tendering and managing of design and construction related activities, role of superintendent, project close out. Etc.
