Tender Description
The City of Salisbury invites Tenders for the provision of civil and landscaping works required for the Brown Terrace Upgrade project.
In alignment with Council’s endorsed master plan for Salisbury Oval, a program of works was developed and endorsed to see the vision of the master plan achieved. These works align with Council’s ongoing amenity upgrade program to improve the function and standard of reserves and playgrounds within the Salisbury local government area, to better meet the needs of the community.
Full landscape upgrade of the section of Brown Terrace in from of the Salisbury Oval, down to the former St Jays site, including:
- Inclusive playground
- Fitness equipment
- Sports court
- Picnic tables and shelters
- Park Benches
- Rubbish bins
- Footpaths
- Landscaping
- Public toilet
- Stormwater
- Minor parking improvements
