Tender Description
The Department of Territory Families, Housing and Communities invites non-government organisations to submit proposal for the delivery of Specialist Disability Accommodation on four parcels of land.
The four parcels of land are suitable for the construction of residential housing and will be transferred to the successful organisations as a grant in return for the construction of Specialist Disability Accommodation.
The successful organisations will have demonstrated expertise in delivering Specialist Disability Accommodation.
A briefing session will take place on Tuesday 22 September 2020.
