In compliance with government regulations, all mining operations and uranium processing at Ranger ceased on January 8, 2021.

ERA's strategic priority now lies in the comprehensive rehabilitation of the Ranger Project Area to a standard that allows for potential incorporation into Kakadu National Park, subject to the wishes of the Mirarr Traditional Owners and the Commonwealth Government.

The project involves the phased execution of various work packages on the Ranger Project Area and in Jabiru. These packages encompass a range of scopes, including civil and structural works, mechanical installations, piping, electrical systems, instruments, major construction projects, residential services, and consultancy services.

Procurement/Supply of Goods and Services

By doing so, management aims to not only deliver the project successfully but also harness the economic value of Indigenous thought, shaping the project's future direction.

  3. Evaluation of Expression of Interest (EOI): The project evaluates responses to determine contractors' suitability for advancement.

  6. Request for Proposal (RFP): Pre-qualified contractors receive RFP or tender documentation with project details and requirements.
