Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠WWCC is seeking concept design for the various components of the Bolton Park Masterplan. There are currently two options identified within the Masterplan. The initial Master Plan Validation phase of this project will identify the preferred option to proceed with for concept design. The Concept Plans are to include the following:

  •  Master Plan Validation including stakeholder consultation
  •  Concept Design
  •  Preliminary Sketch Plans
  •  Detailed quantity surveyed cost estimates
  •  Updated Staging Plan and,
  •  Flyover visualisations of precinct
