Tender Description
Development Victoria will be releasing an open tender seeking the services of a suitably qualified contractor for demolition works on a marine structure in Melbourne. Bidders must have experience delivering large demolition works contracts in marine environments ($2M+).
The procurement will be conducted via a two stage process with shortlisted bidders invited to submit a Request for Proposal for each construction phase as and if they are released.
Bidders should be aware that this project is subject to Local Jobs First Policy and Social Procurement Framework.
The EOI is anticipated to be released on the Buying for Victoria Supplier Portal by mid October 2020.
