Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Indigo Shire Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for the design and construction of a new shed of 394m2 for the Rutherglen Lake Rowing Club at Lake Moodemere, near Rutherglen.

Site preparation will include demolition of the existing shed. Works will include provision of new shower and toilet facilities within the shed, a sealed septic tank system, a 100 Kl rainwater tank and associated works.
