Scope of work:
The Service Provider must provide design, fabrication and construction services to convert 2 exisiting 40ft containers into offices. These containers are currently stacked on top of others, so the scope would include fabrication and install of stairs and a form of catwalk between the two (max 10m span). Intent is to convert only the end of each container, so dividers will be needed, as well as insulation, air conditioning, electrical retic, data, internal cladding and flooring, external paint/cladding etc.). Glass windows and doors also to be installed, blinds on windows as these will face West into afternoon sun). Solution expected to be "turn key".
