Tender Description
Indigo Shire Council are seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experience consultant to provide a feature Survey for the existing Chiltern Daycare Building and adjacent land.
The reason the project has come about is due to the successful Grant Award for the Construction of a new Chiltern Community Hub. The new building will absorb the existing Chiltern Daycare building located at 3 Crawford St. In addition an existing Shed currently occupied by Chiltern SES will also be removed to make way for the new Community Hub. A replacement shed will be constructed on an adjacent block of land.
