Tender Description
Lismore City Council is seeking expressions of interest for the implementation of a cloud-based In/Out contacts board for internal use.
We need the system to support the following;
• Office 365 Presence
• Skype for Business Support
• Microsoft Teams support
• Azure AD single-sign-on
• Azure AD synchronisation of users
• Ability to filter by business unit (domains) @lismore and @rtrl
• Ability to filter staff by departments (Technology Services, Customer Services)
• Ability to filter by first letter of name (A-B-C-D-E-F-G-H-I-J-K-L-M-N-O-P-Q-R-S-T-U-V-W-X-Y-Z)
• Ability to filter by status such as “Available” “Away”
• Ability to change the status of a user (for Contact Centre staff)
