Special Charge Scheme for the construction of Fordhams Road, Eltham VIC 3095
Contract will include the construction of Fordhams Road and associated works.
Additionally the contract will include the Council funded construction of the Eltham South Pre-School Car Park – located at 35 Fordhams Road, Eltham.
It is intended that the new contract arrangement will commence on or around 4 January 2021 with an intended practical completion date of 30 April 2021.
