As a part of Council’s ongoing asset maintenance and building renewal program the Wodonga Racecourse Toilet Block has been marked for reconstruction.
Note: Tenderers may submit responses to any or all of the trade groups being advertised. Building companies pricing the entire works are to complete the cost breakdown for each trade. Failure to do so may be interpreted as a non conforming tender submission.
Quotes are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for contract number W2054 - 20Q - Racecourse Toilet Block Refurbishment. The tender specification and schedule can be obtained from this website.
