Tender Description
Southern Sydney Regional Organisation of Councils (SSROC) on behalf of its participating Councils invites tenders from suitably qualified companies for the above mentioned tender. The intent of this contract is to provide Recycled Crushed Glass (RCG) Asphalt for road construction and maintenance activities undertaken by Local Councils and facilitate the use of Recycled Crushed Glass in asphalt and road construction activities. The scope of services include the following:
- Supply of Asphalt (including RCG Asphalt)
- Supply and lay Asphaltic Concrete
- Pavement Millings and Reinstatement (Mill & Fill)
- Asphalt Pavement Patching
- Concrete Pavement Patching
- Pavement stabilisation
- Pavement Rejuvenation treatments
Sustainable Pavements is a strategic initiative that aims to increase the use of recycled resources into road pavements and to reduce the carbon emissions to supply and lay asphalt road pavements.
