Tenderers must be registered on Victorian Government DTF Construction Supply Register (CSR) in the correct category.
All respondents to the expression of interest need to have a current CSR Registration under the category New Commercial Construction Prequalification level amount no less than $1 - $3 Million.
The Victorian School Building Authority is intending to release a Request for Tender in October 2020 for the demolition and removal of hazardous materials of two class room buildings located at Seymour College.
The project will include demolition of two nominated classroom buildings, the associated civil and landscape make good works to the nominated works area.
The project will require building contractor with experienced in the demolition and the management of hazardous materials removal and disposal within an urban setting.
