Tender Description
Following the purchase of a building at 30-32 Miller Street, the main street in Gilgandra, Council sought and has secured funding of $2.95m for the design, construction and fitout of a new library to replace its existing library at 1 Warren Road.
Gilgandra Shire Council is calling for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for Principal Design Consultant services from suitable qualified and experienced architects and their sub-consultants.
