Angaston Railway Precinct Station Building

⁠⁠⁠The Barossa Council (the Council) invites Expressions of Interest from Registrants for the potential usage concepts of the Angaston Railway Precinct - Station Building (the Usage).

The purpose of this Expression of Interest is to provide an opportunity for any interested party to put forward their plan for use the building for business, community based use or a hybrid approach.

It is expected that the Expression of Interest will be presented in a way that provides a clear indication of the proposed use.

As a minimum the Expression of Interest should address the following key points:

•  Proposed use and statement of how your proposal integrates with and connects to the redevelopment of the Angaston Railway Precinct
•  Basic outline of your business case and should include the proposed structure of the organisation
•  Proposed operating hours and facilities to be provided by the Registrant
•  Any material/equipment and/or alterations, access or disability access considerations required to all or part of the Station Building to accommodate the proposed use as part of any future use
•  Details of any capital contribution to be made by the Registrant
•  Consideration of how any areas of the building not required for your use could be utilised, an example may be for the provision of storage to third parties
