Tender Description
icare has formulated a series of critical success factors against which the success of the Legal Panel will be assessed. Those success factors are:
- technical expertise
- consistency and quality of service
- stakeholder needs and relationships
- timeliness and effectiveness
- performance management
- value for money
The Principal is expecting the selected Law Firms to contribute to the success of the panel against those success factors by demonstrating the following characteristics:
- defines and executes strategies that avoid claims advancing to litigation where appropriate
- delivers quality advise utilising deep technical and government related expertise
- increases the legal risk management across icare, agency businesses s in the end-to-end lifecycle of litigated claims.
- manages the needs of and relationships with a wide range of stakeholders effectively
- delivers sufficient value for money through a commercial model that has moved beyond charging for time to justify the amount of time and money spent
