Mobile Telecommunication Services Solicitation

⁠⁠⁠Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Mobile Telecommunication Services.

In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:
• SF-1449 (blocks 17, 24 and 30). Block 24 should list the total value of the quote for thebase year and the option year.
• Section 1, The Schedule
• Section 5, Representations and Certifications and ensure compliance with FAR 52.229-11 is completed with IRS Form W-14 found at, https://www.irs.gov/forms-pubs/about-form-w-14
• Additional Information as required in Section 4.

A pre-proposal conference has been scheduled via teleconference, for Wednesday August 12th at 3:00 pm AEST. Direct any questions regarding this solicitation in writing to Ryan Ruta, Contracting Officer. Questions must be written in English and may be emailed to RutaRR@state.gov. Please include quotation number 19AS2020Q0012 in the subject line.
Your quotation must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Quotation Enclosed" to the Contracting Officer Ryan Ruta, US Embassy Canberra, Moonah Place, Yarralumla, ACT 2600 on or before 4:30 pm Local Canberra Time (AEST) on September 4th, 2020.
