Bridgewater Recreation Reserve Female Friendly Facility – Detailed Plans

⁠⁠⁠The overall project involves the construction of a new female friendly change facility encompassing, but not limited to, the components which are in accordance with the provided concept plans and are Netball Victoria compliant.

The scope of this request for quote is to develop detailed/for construction plans.

This includes:

1. Obtain any other preliminary reports or investigations as required. Council will provide the geotechnical report and an overall site survey.
2. Prepare full suite of detailed architectural and construction drawings based on the approved concept design drawings.

• The construction plans must meet all requirements of the Building Act 1993, Building Regulations 2018 and referenced documents including the National Construction Code 2019 Volume One - Building Code of Australia, and all relevant Australian Standards.
• Four copies of the drawings shall be provided in the format, quantity and type prescribed by the building regulation and to be used for the tender process and to enable a building permit to be issued.
• Prepare detailed specifications and quantity estimate report based on final construction plans as endorsed by the Superintendent.

        3. Meeting attendance with Project Manager and Steering Committee to consult and seek feedback regarding specifications and final              construction plans. Tenderers should allow for one meeting with the Steering Committee with meeting to be held at Bridgewater                    Recreation Reserve (if circumstances allow).
