Tender Description
The Principal is seeking submissions from Consultants with proven experience in Master Planning for sport and recreation facilities, including the design of Community Facilities. Previous experience in public aquatic centre Master Planning and development is required.

The Shire of East Pilbara has a proud history of providing sport & recreational opportunities to its communities. As Australia's largest Shire, it is our vision to work toward practicable levels of service across our regions, which includes the introduction and renewal of required infrastructure and the decommissioning of non-required infrastructure based on community need and the Shire's resourcing capacity. It is the expectation that the production of a strategic Master Plan will address this adequately
