Tender Description
Council would like to install three (3) additional 1 bedroom units for staff accommodation.
Tenderers are invited to submit proposals, including:
1. concept drawings for 1 bedroom units, approximately 60m2.
2. cost to supply and deliver the units to Wilcannia NSW 2836
3. cost to install the units, including site stumping
4. additional outdoor covered verandah and deck options under main roof
5. additional free standing, pitched roof carport options, approximately 6m x 3m
6. a detailed program of works including fabrication, delivery and installation timeframes from date of acceptance
7. a suitable Air Conditioning system for outback, arid Australia - preferably refrigerated reverse cycle split system
8. details of wall, roof space and underfloor insulation
Council will:
1. Arrange all connections to services and utilities.
2. Be responsible for all statutory fees and charges
