To seek quotations from qualified and experienced consultants to prepare a Commercial Centres Urban Design & Place Strategy for the Strathfield Local Government Area (LGA).
The Strategy is to deliver an overarching framework and strategic direction for the LGA's commercial centres over the next 20 years. This must incorporate a place and urban design study of each Centre as an additional stand-alone Strathfield Town Centre Masterplan. Establishing a clear path for a responsive, co-ordinated, efficient and a streamlined approach to the provision, enhancement and integration of centres and their contribution to the delivery of local service options, liveability and District job targets.
