We are seeking an energised and enthusiastic User Researcher to join the COVID-19 Digital Response team. As an experienced researcher, you will work in a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the identification and prioritisation of work that is of the most benefit to users.
You will work in a fast-paced, agile environment, using a range of both qualitative and quantitative research methods to deliver accurate insights quickly and efficiently. You will be responsible for building an understanding of users and their behaviour, and providing insights about how users interact with the service to guide design decisions.
You will work closely with a team of designers to deliver solutions that respond directly to user needs and are appropriately tested. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring sentiment and existing issues with the COVID-19 response through other quantitative channels.
The user researcher will have extensive experience with multiple research methods, working in an Agile environment and, ideally, experience with the Commonwealth Digital Service Standard.
