Warrnambool City Council is seeking quotations for replacement of a range of theatrical lighting fixtures at the Lighthouse Theatre.
This RFQ is focused on the replacement of the 1000w profile fixture stock, whilst purchasing a variety of fixtures and accessories to provide flexibility of operations for the venue, in a changing environment.
As such, the requirements have been considered in depth with the Technical Services team at Lighthouse Theatre to ensure they best match the skills, requirements and provide good ongoing support for the venue.
The listed requirements include an example model of a fixture acceptable to the venue, however alternatives that are equivalent or better than listed will also be accepted as part of the RFQ. The supplier must provide a specification data sheet for each fixture specified as part of the response to this RFQ. The venue requires that there still be an allocation of not less than 24 tungsten dimmable profile fixtures provided as part of any supplier quotation due the requirements of touring professional theatre performances.
All equipment quoted in this RFQ must be manufactured by well-recognised industry brands. ‘Knock-off’ or unknown brands will not be accepted as part of this process.
