Tender Description
This is a design and construct contract in accordance with all Australian and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Standards to apply for the fit out of the existing BHP recycling building into a refund point building as per this scope of works and appendices 1 to 6.
It is anticipated all works will be completed by 30th September, 2020 for Council to officially open the Container Deposit refund point building.
The Principal reserves the right to issue the Contract and Purchase Order for portions only of the required works described at item 2.2, subject to budgetary constraints. The Contract will be awarded to one sole Tenderer for either the full Scope of Works including the works required with respect to the Mezzanine Floor or awarded without the work required for the Mezzanine Floor.
