Overview
Rio Tinto Limited is seeking a supplier for the supply of Reclaimer Bucket Wheel Assemblies, offsite repairs, and associated services.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Supply of Reclaimer Bucket Wheel Assemblies, including bucket wheel body, shaft, bearings, plummer blocks, and buckets
- Fabrication, supply, and delivery of Reclaimer Bucket Wheel Assemblies to nominated sites
- Supply of an estimated nineteen (19) Reclaimer Bucket Wheel Assemblies over a five-year term
- Provision of scheduled cyclic off-site inspection, refurbishment, and repair services for Reclaimer buckets
- Provision of ad hoc services, including commissioning, installation support, and technical assistance, as required
