Tender Description
In response to the NSW Government 'Towards Zero Suicides initiatives Aftercare' initiative, the HNECC PHN is inviting suitably qualified and experienced Providers to submit a Tender for the delivery of The Way Back Support Service (TWBSS) within the Central Coast region.
Respondents must be currently providing services to the Central Coast region along with having a physical presence in the region (office location or existing collocation).
An Information Session will be facilitated via a Webinar 1 week from tender release date.
The successful Provider will be provided a 2-year contract with service delivery commencing in an establishment phase from 1 January 2021.
