Tender Description
MfE is at the start of a journey to better understand how it can get the most impact from its Funding investment portfolio (the Funds portfolio), comprised of five separate funding programmes.
MfE is seeking information on service offerings from organisations that are suitably qualified in Investment Impact Research to join its in-house Science and Research Panel. Specifically we are looking for responses from Research based organisations that are:
- aligned with MfE in terms of values and areas of interest
- experienced in impact investing, and the monitoring and assessment of impact investment programmes
- experienced in appropriately applying Te Ao Māori and Mātauranga Māori perspectives to their investment impacts-related mahi
- able to understand and apply theories of change, and work with MfE’s existing theories of change where required
- able to build on MfE’s view of its investment portfolio and assist us to build our knowledge around impact investing, and
- able to help MfE implement approaches or systems that will enable us to enhance our progress against our planned outcomes and impacts.
